Another successful employment case

 Employment matters are always frustrating. However, we have successfully helped our client reach a settlement that includes a five-digit compensation sum for a potential unfair dismissal case.  

The Employer dismissed our client under the Gross Misconduct issue. As a consequence of such drastic actions, employees usually are left without any payments, with the mark of dirt on their employment history, which will inevitably affect their future.  

Our legal team managed to reach a satisfactory settlement for both sides without Tribunal involvement.  Further to monetary compensation, as part of the settlement agreement, the Employer has no right to disclose its suspicions to any potential Employer of our client.
